Dear Mr. Wortman,
I am writing to let you know how very satisfied I am with the service you provided over the past few days. One of the two furnaces in my home failed last week. I called another contractor who had done work for me in the past. Their service tech inspected last Tuesday and advised that the furnace need to be be replaced. I agreed and authorized them to give me an estimate. By Thursday, I still had not heard from them so I called them again without response on Friday. I had been without heat for a week. My call was never returned, so I called you.

Surprisingly, Ahmad Mustapha showed up at my home that same Friday afternoon. He too indicated that the furnace needed to be replaced. He gave me the estimate I wanted so I authorized you to do the work.

Earlier today, your installation team arrived at the scheduled time with all the tools and equipment needed to correct my problem. Like Ahmad, both Jimmy and Kao knew their business. They completed removal of the old unit and installation of a new furnace and condenser until before 1:30 PM.

I have spent the last 17 years as Director of Operations at the University of Oklahoma campus here in Tulsa. All of the trades (mechanical journeymen, engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and landscapes) work for me. I recognize the value of having excellent employees for our success. You clearly have the same standards. I have worked with your three technicians at my home as well as the young lady on the telephone. All were very responsive, totally knowledgeable, and superbly efficient. You are now my HVAC contractor of choice in the future. Please share this information with them. Thank you.

I would like to commend your company. I had a serious problem on Saturday with water overflowing and coming into the house. I have warranty with AHS but they were no help. So I looked up AC companies on the internet and so a review about your company. I called and Brett took the call. He told me he would be right there to help with the problem. He got there in less than 2 hours and in 30 minutes had the problem fixed. It was not major as my drains were clogged.

His customer service skills were above any company I have ever seen. I will be a reference for you any time and recommend you to all my neighbors and friends.
