Wortman installed new heat pump, backup electric heater, additional attic insulation, foam insulation on knee walls and sealed the ducts. Their work was done with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The work was from Mon to Fri. The crews showed up when they said they would and cleaned up every day before leaving. I highly recommend Wortman.

Always had great service from Wortman. When they replaced my system a few years ago, they arrived ahead of schedule, completed ahead of schedule, and there wasn't a stray piece of anything outside or inside when they left. Had a repair scheduled recently, and everything went great this time too.

Very pleased with both the sales side and service/install side of the company. Great communication and great people to work with. I received bids from several companies before chosing Wortman and the price is very fair and competitive. They even helped me with the rebates from the utility companies that I qualified for based on my new high efficiency units. Do not hesitate to do business with Wortman heat and air. Ask for Virginia, she’s great.

After an extensive Internet search for a reliable and honest HVAC service provider, and after talking with multiple friends and neighbors, I opted to try Wortman Central Air about three years ago. Simply put, I have been VERY HAPPY with their service, their expertise, and fair prices. What other people I know and the Internet reviews said about Wortman Central Air is exactly what I have experienced. My discussions with the service technician (Amhad is my favorite technician, hands down) and the office staff are always matter-of-fact and straightforward, none of this verbally twisting my arm to sell me something I don't need. The staff and service technicians at Wortman -- certainly all of the ones I have dealt with -- take great pride in their local reputation of being honest and fair. Isn't that a refreshing attitude in this day? After ten years of being in a new home, the old builder-grade Carrier unit finally died today and although it can be repaired, I opted to replace the whole system with a new one recommended by Virgina at Wortman's office. (She is VERY knowledgeable.) It will be installed this weekend and if past experience is any indication, I have no concerns that the installation will be done correctly. I will try to remember to update this review after the installation. But mostly I hope that those of you who consider my comments find them useful. I can only share the experiences I've had but based on those experiences I would solidly recommend Wortman Air Conditioning if you need such service. They are good people performing expert services at a fair price. What more can anyone ask for?

Wortman Air is absolutely the BEST! I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the top service I always am given by this company. They recently installed new duct work, a new AC and furnace, plus installation, for me. For both the duct work and AC/furnace install, they took their time so that they would do the highest quality job. The 2 men who did the duct work were here three full days making sure that my new duct work was installed properly so that it would last for many, many years. The 3 men who completed my AC/furnace installation, plus new insulation as well, were also very thorough and took several days meticulously doing this install as well. From the sales department, to the service technicians, to the owner, to receptionist, every person at Wortman Air is very professional, honest, helpful and friendly. AAA+ for service, honesty, integrity, quality and professionalism. I highly recommend Wortman Central Air. You can't go wrong with Wortman!

Very pleased with the installation of the air and heating system. David and Eak were very personable and courteous. They worked diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. David was very thorough in explaining how to operate the system and how it should be maintained. They cleaned and hauled all of the trash away. Great job!

My AC needed to be serviced per an inspection report. I was able to schedule a service call easily and without much wait. Ahmad was our technician. He was curteous, fast, and did the job right. He documented exactly what we needed in order to show that the findings of the inspection report had been corrected. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Virginia gave me estimates for a new hvac system and they beat all the other companies' estimates. She answered every question and was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Just got my first full bill and it was 166.38 for the month of July! The cheapest ever and it was run 75 during the day and 72 at night the whole month. Went from a 13 seer to an American Standard 16 seer system and it's already paying dividends. Also, they didn't push expensive systems like some of the other companies did. We wholly recommend Wortman.

Wortman came on a Friday early evening and it was determined a part was defective and needed to be replaced. Instead of leaving us in the cold till they could get another part on Monday they chose to open the bad part and see if they could fix the issue. For that I am appreciative. It was 9pm on a Friday night when they finally left with my heat working.Thanks Eek and Benji for customer care.

Mr. Sellman was here this morning to check my furnaces for the season. When he arrived he introduced himself and gave me two new filters. However, I had already replaced my filters the end of Oct. He checked both of my furnaces and checked the carbon dioxide. He was very efficient. Very nice employee and felt confident in him.

ZERO STARS When your tech David was finished installing the HVAC unit he said he would get the inspection set up for this morning from 8 to 12. I just spoke to Virginia and she said that we were not on the city's schedule. I have wasted my day waiting for something that is not going to happen......thanks for showing me the kind of service you provide......

Both of my units went out which didnt make sense how, as it happened the same day. Zack and his helper josh came out to my house promptly and very quickly was able to figure what was wrong with both. Zack was teaching his helper and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with both units before even looking at them based off of what i had told him. He thouroughly went into detail on when, why, and how it was happening and showed him exactly how to check the problems. Thank you guys so much for getting my air back on and for all the schooling!

A fairly major project that included install of a mini-split, insulation and crawl space encapsulation. They estimated 5 days, finished in four. On time every day, brief breaks and clean job site at the end of each day. Everything worked first time and a noticeable difference in comfort. Willie, Keo, Eak, Roberto and Josh were all awesome - friendly, talented in their areas and all with an excellent work ethic! The president of Wortman stopped by twice over the four days to check on progress and my thoughts. Wortman is at the top of my list for any HVAC needs

We may be repeating ourselves because this is our second go with Wortman’s on an entire HVAC system, but we are once again so please with our new system! We finally have a system that heats up our great room that has a high ceiling. For years we have resigned ourselves to blankets to stay comfortable in this room, but those days are gone. Wortman’s delivers quality service every time!

I was very pleased with the service that I received. Virginia showed me a few different A/C systems that would meet my needs, and was also able to get me 2 separate rebates. Tyler, David and Colton did a great job with the installation, and were professional and courteous. The crew chief David demonstrated the new thermostat, gave a thorough explanation of how the new system performs and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend their company and service--Great job!!

Choua, Willie, Zach & Hugo, were a great installation team with wonderfully positive and engaging dispositions. The install was to projected to take 2 days, these guys stayed late on day one and were finished by 10 am the next day! Good work ethic and positive attitudes! We are happy we contacted Wortman Central Air when we decided to replace our system. Virginia recommended an appropriately designed system for our home's needs. Her professional expertise and answers to our questions were excellent . Choua lead the installation and did efficient work as well as did Willie. The owner Bob came by at the beginning of the job. The removal of the old system and installation of the new was completed in a single day. The job cost was very reasonable. Wortman's work and equipment have been high quality and performance. Wortman Heating and Air works like businesses are supposed to. Called up, a pleasant person answers, submits the order /complaint and they're calling back quickly. He was out within 2.5 hours. Told Benji what was happening and he went right to the problem. This was on a Memorial day weekend. Makes me glad I bought my new home heating and air from Wortman.

Very efficient and pleasant with knowledgeable professional technicians. Needed a new central air. Got 4 estimates and Wortman was very competitive. They installed the original unit that lasted over 20 years. The work was accomplished as scheduled and on time. Followup city inspection was accomplished last Friday. I was impressed with the intelligent questions Eak asked the city inspector. He was clearly trying to get a more precise understanding of the city's requirements. Overall Very Pleased with this experience.

This heat caught us off guard when our AC suddenly stopped working. Nick came to our house after the regular workday hours to ensure we were taken care of. He got our AC up and running in no time! He was considerate of tracking in dirt and working around our belongings as if they were his own. Nick worked hard to find the issue with our system and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and fix the problem. We have had recurrent issues with our 4yo AC unit that no one has figured out. Eak did thorough troubleshooting, discovered the source of the problem, and fixed it. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was checking for and why. We will definitely use Wortman for our heating and air needs going forward!

Our 41-year-old unit quit in mid-August. I asked 3 different companies come to the house and give me a quote. All were prompt and courteous. However, the lady from Wortman was more interested in helping us get the best system for us. I felt like the others were selling me, and she was asking questions and trying to pinpoint the best solution. Fortunately there was an opening the next day, and two knowledgeable young men had a new system up and running in the afternoon. They thoroughly swept up the mess (our HVAC system is in the center of the house). Not a scratch on our hardwood floors! I am so glad I called Wortman! It’s rare anymore that a company earns a perfect score, but Wortman did. They’re awesome!

Service Tech, Eak, was Excellent. Very knowledgable and answered all my questions during my Fall Service. He was also very polite and personable. I will request him in the future. PS - I am very happy with my system that Wortman installed a year ago!! I have saved hundreds of dollars on my electrical bill this year with a new, more efficient system! We had wortman come out to get a second opinion and sure glad we did. Turned out it was a totally different problem and we saved a minimum of $650. Our tech eak was courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't pressure us to get a new unit. But said to keep them in mind when we are ready to replace.

Eakramul Islam was the service tech that responded to my late night Saturday call for assistance. He responded within minutes of my call to the Wortman service line via phone to let me know when he would come and was exactly on time. He was knowledgeable and rapidly solved the issue which was a faulty float switch. The most remarkable aspect of his visit was his can do attitude and cheerful demeanor. He is an excellent technician and a good guy.

They replaced my complete Heating & AC System and it feels so nice in the house now. The crew put in a 12 hour day the first day to ensure we had heat that night as it dropped to 24 degrees that night. Very professional crew and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend them.

My heat stopped working 3 weeks ago the service guy has been by 4 times has charged me $85 and my heat still don’t work. When you call only one guy ever answers. I called and he had forgot about me. I have a service agreement and have yet to receive any service. I was given a receipt and told to call the number if need. Help and the number is disconnected. The guys who put in the unit were great that’s it. Dont waste your time with this company

Was 3 hours late. Called to say he was stopping to eat and would be later. Did not bring the proper equipment to even diagnose my issue. Couldn't even be bothered to go and get the proper ladder to do anything at all.
